Standard delivery is a doorstep / door drop service only. Items will be delivered to the entrance of the property and will not be carried inside, upstairs, assembled, or positioned in a room unless agreed separately in advance.
The Elide 7kW & 9kW Pellet Stove is a contemporary freestanding model designed to combine bold styling with intelligent home heating. Built for quiet operation and easy day-to-day control, it balances design, comfort and smart functionality.
Allow the stove to cool fully before cleaning. Wipe ceramic and external surfaces with a soft dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners on finished panels or cast iron components. Empty ash and pellet residue as required, keep air inlets clear, and follow the installer and manufacturer guidance for routine servicing and safe pellet stove maintenance. Where deeper maintenance is needed, use a qualified technician.
