Allow the product to cool fully before cleaning or moving. Remove and empty the ash tray after use, disposing of ash safely once completely cold. Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner, then dry thoroughly to help maintain the finish. Store or cover the product when not in use, especially during prolonged wet weather, and only use suitable wood pellets as directed by the manufacturer.
